I know that this question has been asked already but i'm going to ask it again. What exactly is RSS and what does it do on the PSP???

RSS is

Why is it on PSP ? Cuz it is. Not very much useful since there are few RSS feeds for PSP. There are RSS feeds which u can download music, pics, videos of the RSS. Or listen to music online (stream).
