Dvd's play on $30 Apex ad-1200 not $400 Panasonic RP-91

Movies I make via dvd shrink v 3 will not play on my $400 panasonic RP-91 but they play on a $30 Apex AD-1200.
Movies will work on Panasonic if I use DVD decrypter to read and burn but then i can't re-author. Anyone know why ? I have a sony 510 burner
and i use dvd+rw to test then dvd+r to burn. Panasonic is progressive scan so i would benefit from a better picture.

Try using DVD-R (good quality ones, cheapo's are just BEGGING for trouble), DVD-R is in general better supported by players (been around longer, you see).

As i just posted a minute ago not one of my backups would work on my mums dvd player even though it played everyone that see borrowed off here friend untill i used dvdxcopy works everytime in my excperience
