Hey guys, has anyone else's itgate box gone off i have a 220 and i was watching tv and it just went off, black screen and i cant get it back on.

Please someone help me i dont have a clue what to do.

Is there any sort of software i can flash onto the box so that when i scan for the channels after flashing the box it comes back on then???
