Hi all, a small problem that my father has, he turned on his box Starview 2 "The Box" and none of the channels are showing, I rescaned and it only found 34 channels but wont display them, the "Box" keeps updateing and has been for the last 2 hrs now but still nothing. I have the "Box" in my house now and trying to rescan it but it's the same.
Should I do a Factory Reset on the "Box" or is there another issue I should be looking at?
PS System Info is : API Ver: 4.00e_E, Boot Ver 7.0, 7 June 2007
