sagem multimedia terminal dv3 d-box

hi,
i'm a newbie to this so bear with me ,i am using the above d-box to get my free channels, but like most of us i've lost my channels, i tried the nokia instructions but there was only 3 codes one of which is :- n5a01 01 6a905c976 7cd 8891, does anyone know how to fix this ??? also how do you put letters into a code when there are none on the hand control?
