Need help

I've just bought a DVD player and want to know if it can this unit be hacked to make it multi region

My DVD is a JVC HR-XVS20EK. One hack available from DVD Reviewer talks about pressing DVD and ON Screen buttons on the player - there are no such buttons.

Wondered if there were any handset codes etc to help me make it multi region
