hi,ive a sagem d box,ive had this about 15 months second hand and had no problems just the occasional picture freeze which was sorted by channel swapping.ive been away 4 days with the box turned off and now i only have about 12 channels,all the others are there but no picture and sound? ive done the obvious scans and reboots? hope you clever guys can help,im in north east on virgin...thanks tom
