This is a program that will play Cintros on 3.90M33
Dont know if this has been posted before but here you go

Put the seplugins folder on the root of memory stick
Put Cintro pmf file in the INTRO folder
Go to recovery mode-plugins and enable the pmf_boot.prx
Exit recovery and completely shutdown psp
Hold down the L trigger when turning psp back on
