Hi there all I live in the west midlands which was under telewest now virgin looks like everyone having issues at mo all over the country with there boxes. I have a starview box Ive deleted the channels and researched with telewest codes search is finding channels but can not view, seem to be able to see freeview channels but not premium. can someone please help been down for a few days now, it keeps saying updating....
