Hello all, I have a 3.90m33 fat PSP and I upgraded from 3.71 to the current one i have just installed today because of a sound problem that I cant get rid of. When I turn the psp on to play a game, listen to music, or whatever, the sound automatically mutes, then comes back on by itself. It does this over and over, and I dont know what to do. Its not a sticky button, already looked at that possibility, but could it be something in my settings that I could change to make it quit doing this? Thanks in advance.

i would guess this is a hardware issue not a software issue or bug i have never heard of this in relation to an upgrade or downgrade if it were a software glitch it stands to reason a lot more people would have reported this problem that said try reflashing your cfw if that does not work try restoring your original nad. i would still guess a possible short somewhere is more likely the cause though

So its more likely something defective or something I could have done to the PSP like drop it one too many times that could have done the sound card in??
