V Box Callback Question

Hi Guys,

Im just wondering what this means. If you go to settings on your V BOX and then Technical Information and scroll down you can see that your box attempts to make callbacks every so often.

Mine made three callbacks yesterday, two of which were unsuccessful and the third was successful.

Can Virgin not work out whose using dboxes etc by these means? It got me worrying whether or not I should continue to use my dbox.
