I just recently bought another 'fat' ps2 and was wonder if there are still any places that sell hdloader in a pressed disc format?

I recently bought from the website
http://www.hdloader.org/

But its been 3 weeks and I still havent received what I paid or...

By the way I live in North America if that helps!

Is my best bet to just keep waiting? Or should I just fight for a refund and go for Hd Advance instead?

Just buy an AR max. You can use that to put the exploit on your memory card and download hdloader for free. Also you can use the updated hdloader which is not for sale.

You can get AR max at best buy or circuit city for $30.00 I think.

Thats a good idea I might consider doing, but I would also prefer it on a pressed disc(just have some kind of weird fetish i guess...)

Any good ideas where I could buy? Or should i get Hd Advance?

Don't get HDadvance. It is a bootleg version of hdloader and doesn't have the same compatibility as hdloader. I don't think God of war 2 and some other games will work on hdadvanced. I really recommend using ARMax to put the exploit on your memory card. This has more advantages than just using hdloader as well. With this you can use other programs like snes end Genesis emulation, watching divx videos on PS2, and a few other cool aps. Also you can use the ARMax to put the exploit on your friends PS2 memory cards to mod their PS2. I have been able to mod my PS2, my brothers, and one of my friends. With HDloader all you can use it on is one PS2.

Let me point out though if you do go the ARMax method you need to have a PS1 game to boot the exploit and I recommend a pen drive to put the applications on. They had 128 MB pen drives at Frys for only $2. I don't know if the Fry's is the same by your house, but these pen drives were at the cashier counter where you go to make you purchase.

Yeah, I just went with your method too quick since in the long run it sounds the safest. Where can I find an AR Max to transfer the exploit installer to the memory card?

Try circuit city. It says unavailabe online, but you can check your local store.

They have one at bestbuy for a few dollars extra, but it looks like it's available online

I have put together a HD installer pack for ARMax users. This will make it very easy to install. It took me a couple of hours my first time to get everything right, this has the newest version of launch.elf and also has the 800 games title.db so it should work with almost any game. I wrote a step by step tutorial as well.

Does anyone know where I can get rid of my HDLoader? I don't use it anymore and need money to pay for school.
