whats the difeerence between digital copy and regular retailed version


i noticed in besy buy and other stores

digital copy on the top

The ones labled Digital Copy gives you a high quality WMV copy. You will need to enter a code to activate it. Some people claim that the quality of the WMV is anything but high quality. If you want a copy in WMV format you can probably make a better copy yourself.
