WTH? Sidedock 390m33 theme flash0 different from mine?

So I downloaded this newfangled Sidedock theme for my (phat) PSP on 3.90 M33. BEFORE I OVERWROTE FLASH0, I copied my flash0 onto my desktop so when I made a mistake, there was a carbon-copy of my original flash0 to correct it. Then I opened the zip file and before copying to flash0, I compared my flash0 to the flash0 file I downloaded. The two folders were nearly completely different from each other. The file I downloaded had files my flash0 didn't have and the file "module" was spelled differently from my "podule" file, and the contents THERE were different as well! So, is there an explanation for all this? Do I need to find a different program that's actually compatible with my 3.90M33 phat?

ur files are hidden.

1. In the windows explorer , go to tools, and click Folder Options
2. Go to the view tab
3. Click "Show Hidden Files" and untick hide protecting operating system files.
