Yes - you need internet browser and you use the regular page

Quality isn't great but still very watchable, just like youtube is if you've tried that through the browser.

Oh and you might wanna make sure your Wii is fully updated to do it.

It's in the manual m8 - usually via a wireless router though you can use an ethernet connection to the router as well using an adapter.

If it says that's what it's for. I can't see much info when I google but there's a few adapters out there and they all do the same thing. It's all it could be for.
