Hello,

A friend of mine has a starview box for Virgin, does anyone know of a similar box which will work for Sky?

I have hunted around on the net for ages but cant seem to find anything.

short answer is no Im afraid .
vi*gin use nagravision to transmit signal and s*y use a completly different system.

just to let people know there is a new box coming out in about a week or so that will work with sky.you will need to have a broadband connection .you will need to connect this to the box a well as the sky cable,the broadband connection is to help it update.

whats new about this box ? :) people watching sk* for years-- typical card sh*ring man, nothing else. ye, y could split sk* card betwen 8-10 men( broadband connection needed - for sending CW & recieving DW -every 8-10 sec)-- but still-- it is not for free
