just wondering what is the best cable to hook up the old 360's to a hdtv ? as the 360 has no hdmi port , tv has hdmi , component etc, also the tv wont recognise the 360 unles the av cable is switched to tv and not hdtv, apologies if this has been covered before , i ve had a good look around before posting ,

I'm not sure that this will fix it but I know I had to go into the console settings and change my display settings to the correct ones for my tv.
Otherwise I believe there's a product out there from madcats that can make a standard av port into and hdmi port.
