Swap Magic only working with some game originals...?

I bought a copy of Swap Magic 3.6 with the flip-top, and have it installed, along with both the DVD and CD drivers. I also have three import games for it, but only one of them will work. The other two both give me the 'need a bigger TOC disc', and 'not a valid PS2 disc' error messages.
The game that works is Namco X Capcom.
The ones that don't work are Space Channel 5 Part 2, and DDR Strike.
All three are originals, not burned copies.

Update:
Okay, so DDR Strike started working. Now it's just Space Channel 5, and it's still giving me the 'not a valid PS2 disc' message. Tried cleaning the bottom of the disc, although it looks almost brand new anyway.
