GUIDE : HOW TO GET A KONAMI ID IN 20 MINS

I tried all day and got soooo **bleep** off with errors and timeouts, but I used my noggin and have created a way to get in within a few minutes (if you're lucky) and a maximum of 20 mins (if you're unlucky)
You need Firefox
Goto Tools Add ons, Get Extensions
Find the AutoFormer add on and install it and restart the browser
goto https://id.konami.net and click register (Blue button on the left) - might take a while but keep trying
Enter your date of birth and go to edit in Firefox menu and find AutoFormer, click Save all fields - this will now save you entering the DOB again if you need to come back to this stage
click next
Wait until the terms show before clicking next again
fill out the entire form carefully, don't rush you have all the time in the world. Make sure you don't use capitals in username, and make sure game id password is all numbers. Make sure phone number and postcode have no spaces
now before clicking next click edit again and AutoFormer>save all fields
Click next, it'll probably fail due to time taken to complete the form. Don't worry
Start again, this time your DOB should be auto inserted click next to terms, click next to form, click next to confirmation click next and you're done - SIMPLE!!!
If you get kicked out at any point, start again. The point is you don't have to keep re-inserting data and this gives you a MUCH higher chance of getting through before timeouts.

Edit - WHEN you get in, remember to click the link in the confirmation email within 72 hours to view & agree to the T's & C's

thanks, that had to have been the most nit picky form ever. i had to go back and change mine like 5 times. stupid of them to use this.

Took me about 5mins.
When you do manage to get your id,s dont worry about not connecting to the server on the PS3 as its not offically online until 21st of this month.

just keep trying m8 take your time let the pages fully load you Will get there in the end a lot of people are probably using this method now

got the id fine but why isn't the game working. when i type in my id & password in metal gear it says could not connect to server

because its not open until 00:00 Monday 21st so in about well just under 13 hours

just registered for my ID for the UK version, got it straight away through the PS3's browser.
Just checked my email to confirm, and it says i have to agree to the Online Payment terms and Conditions, however im just on my way to work o cant really read them ATM. What are these T&C's? surely you dont have to pay for the beta?

No you dony m8 that isjust incase you want to buy something from konami thats all the id is free and so is the beta so you got nothing to worry about m8
