I was wondering if there is a device to lets you play the DS or GBA games on a PC. I want to buy the DS or GBA games, I just don't want to buy a DS. Does anything like this exist? Some sort of USB interface that lets you plug a game cart into it?

You don't have to buy anything, just the game. Then download a DS emulator and a rom. And why do you want to play it on a computer anyway? It takes away the whole purpose.

Bear in mind emulators are pretty poor compared with the real thing and some aspects of games probably won't work...
