ok im determined to learn to bloody get this box flashed im not paying somone else to do it as if anything happens again i should be able to cope myself

Got a sagem dbox 2
i have the lakey pro image and all fxp software etc i need

What im stuck on is the equipment the null modem cable does this fit any pc any at all or are some pcs not capable of using this cable... also is it a case of i plug into my dbox then into my pc and my pc will detect my dbox immediatly as i see this crossover cable and im a bit lost with that is that actually needed?

The other question is if im struggling with this part am i really out of my league here i was hoping to go buy them today asap if its as simple as plug it in and it detects it
