AFKIM wireless keyboard problems

I have c/f 3.90 M33-3, and I recently downloaded AFKIM, I read that it supported a wireless keyboard. The README said that the creator uses a Targus Universal Wireless Keyboard, and I have that IR keyboard. But my problem is that whenever I try to type with the keyboard, no te×t comes up. If you could help me, I would be very happy. Thanks.
