This is the shipping information for the box I sent to the repair center. Notice the part in bold. I've sent in a few with no seal and they took them all, but it looks like it was rejected. what do you guys think?

No. It just looks like it hit one of the ups shipping centers and was shipped to the next. It went form Jackson to Mesquite, to Dallas. The repair center is in Dallas.

Oh I thought it was in Mesquite.

now that you mention it on Xbox.com it does list the status as:

Repair Status: Waiting for Device at Service Center
