I get this message whenever i try to run an emulator. I;m using the CFW 3.90 m33-3, Could someone please help me out? I've also tried it in the 1.5 kernel.

did you get the 1.5 add on for version 3.90 m33-3? install the 3.90 m33 1.5 kreon add on for psp and try setting your homebrew folder to 1.50 kernel. you can access your homebrew folder options by going into recovery mode -----> then select configuration ------> then change your homebrew kernel folder from 3.90 to 1.5 by pressing the X button when the selection is highlighted in red.

I had the add on previously in 3.71 m332, do I need to put it on again?

yeah you need to install the addon for 3.90 m33 because they are different to each other, i guess...
