I seen the max drives for PS2 but i'm wondering if I can use my SanDisk Cruzer Micro, 1gb flash drive instead of the crappy 8mb memory card. If your gonna help don't tell me to go out and buy anything becaue I am cheap. xD

Well i'm trying to take I save I downloaded off of the computer and put it onto my memory card, when I put in my flash drive the light on it doesn't light up, do I have to do anything to it?
Im not sure I got your point, but as far as I know, to copy files from your MC, you use FTP server for PS2. I dont see why you need a usb to insert it in the PS2

Try to connect the flashdrive before you turn on the ps2 or before you start armax. Or possibly use some other brand usb device.
ok i have ar max and i always put it in at diff times so i dont care what happens and it still works. you probubly try putting it in all of the way, or something

To be able to copy gamesaves from usb flash drive to your PS2 mc, you will need one of the modifications to your PS2 or use Retail Ar Max or Codebreaker.
You won't be able to see your USB flash on the PS2 unless you have one of the above.
