please help me. my box has stopped working i get channel listings but no picture i get bbc itv etc but nothing else. have tried rescanning but i get no joy can anyone help

have you tryied looking around??? you need to get a new image with autoupdate. google Bigmaq toolbar it has all the guides and images.
