Im an obvious newbie to this but thought it wouldnt be that hard. Ive got a Hot Wire pandoras battery tool thing and made the upms saphire, then installed DC to 3.90 m33 and all seemed well untill i tried the wifi. it wouldnt switch on or anything kept saying internal error blahblah. So, like a fool i attempted to downgrade to 3.80 and it all went horribly wrong. Now the psp wont install any DC or Hellcat and just for good measure i havent got a backup of the nand etc. when i try a nand dump the psp just switches off like when im trying to install DC. Help me pleeeeaaaase its my mates fat psp and i feel terrible. :(

have you tried other installers for making the magic memory stick. the fact that you didnt back up the nand means that it could be a permenent brick (unfixable by pandoras) thats what i think (hope its wrong for your sake)

did you manage to get to 3.80 or are you still on 3.90m33 at the moment if your on 3.90m33 and can get to the normal xmb menu try installing 3.90m33 again and see if that fixes it

note if you didnt make a keys or nand back up then you may have a problem

sorry about it being a bit negative but im sure you will be able to get it fixed

hope that all helps

ITS ALIVE ITS ALIVE!!!!!! Reformatted (again) and installed 3.71 m33 and it worked. although ive got the internal error with the wifi still. My conclusion is that the "Hot Wire battery tool" is rubbish. it works by filling the compartment with 3AAA batteries and if they are not fully charged and a good brand they just dont have enough juice to carry out the install. I wish i'd bought the proper lithium one. Be warned its pants! If anyone knows more about internal error (80410A0B) please let me know. Thanks for the help guys.

found this new wifi card is what you need acording to this so you'll have to open it up and replace it

but try this first
1)turn the rooter off and then back on
2)hard reset the psp (hold the power button up till it flashes or take the battery out)
3)format the flash1 (recovery mode advanced)
4)wait a couple of days and see if it goes away

if all 4 above dont work then its the wifi board

hope that helps

lol it not that hard but muck about with some settings and that and see if that fixes it

if not that means no ad hoc or wifi
