So, I was looking around, and I really cant find them anymore.

So, here is what i'm looking for.

Like, a matrix cintro, coldboot, whatever you call them anymore.

And the DMC 3 gameboot with dante and virgil and they look at the screen and aim their pistols and say "jackpot"

Hmmm, I can't say that I remember those. I think they might be still around, I think that you should check around. I know that there are a few places that still house themes and PSP Boots screens such as this.

I haven't seen that one specifically, It looks pretty cool, but Ultimately a waste of time for me. Hopefully someone will reply with having the theme or the boot screen.
