Tools I have:
New PSP Slim 3.80 offical fw
4 gig Memory Stick
PSP Battery Service Tool from codejunkies
PSP Battery Service Tool site

Been trying to find a guide to put custom firmware on my psp. Want to use the psp for roms on the memory stick (not asking for them) and to customize it. New opening and closing of the xmb, etc. Emulators would be helpful, unless cfw has the emulators in them already. Help with choosing the best cfw and guide for my preferences is appreciated.

Now the battery service tool, makes a service battery by a push of a button. Help is needed with the magic memory stick. How 2's would be nice and links for the software.

Access to an already CFW psp is not available. I need to do this with the new PSP I already have and vista home premium software.

I usually close these threads but since you have Vista that can present a problem.

Just my 2 cents but if you have access to a pc w/ XP I'd use that one to make the mms.
