No there is no tool
Just burn it and if it plays its good.
The only TOOL I do know of that will tell you its not a PS2ISO is Apache. You can find it on sksapps.com

Out of all the ps2 games I burned(about 12 games), all works great except scarface, then I found out about zoneloader so it's all good.
