Starview Picture Is Flashing

My Starview picture is clear but flashing, seems to go from colour to black & white.
The colours seem to become more vivid at times and then fade.
Can someone please have a guess as to the fault.

When its black and white press the tele text button on your tv remote not on the Starvi*w remote when the tele text comes up just go back off wait about three sec and the colour should come back.
If that doesn't work try changing your scart lead.
