jap wii games problem on downloads

how come there are very few jap wii games available for downloads? mostly are PAL and NTSC-U. i hardly see any jap wii games on torrent sites. is there anyone having the same trouble as mine? if you know some sites that i can download lots of games. pls kindly tell me. or just send it to me privately? thanks

one more thing. . how come i can play orig games and the side of the disc is "US copy" bla bla. does this mean i can play NTSC-U games as well?
