I've flashed my dvd rom with ixtreme 1.4.
If a newer version comes out do I just set up iPrep with the new firmware and run it like I did before? Assuming that the program can get what it needs from the hacked firmware I have on the dvd rom or will I have to reflash it back to it's original firmware and then reflash it like i did the first time?
I would think that iPrep should be able to do it without having to go back to the original firmware but I don't want to assume.

I tried searching the forums but I couldn't find anything that explained this. If you have a link or can answer I would appreciate it.

just use iprep and run the rben/rsam command, then flash as you did the first time.
