if this is in the wrong forum i would like to apologize

i would like to know if there is a program that can take video parts and link them together so that the video file can be as one? Thanks help would be greatly appreciated!

So you got 2 video files, wanna join em? You can do it with Windows Movie Maker. Or use something else like Intervideo WinDVD Creator.

if the files are the same bitrate and dimensions you can use boilsoft joiner it will join without losing quality.
