im trying to put an xmb theme on my psp

by going to recovey menu and togglin flash0

then i get my theme files and copy and paste them to the flsh0 it asks me to replace an i say yes then it goes to paf.prx and says 'error data cyclinic check'

this is the first time its happened to me

in the past i have put the same theme on friends psp and on mine

lol i wrote a big post about the theme then though you where going on about psar and then stored all the text in a txt doc and now i deleted it :( o well.

right the error your getting is that there is not enough space on the flash0 drive.

there are a couple of thing i do to solve this

1) fonts folder

the japanese font in this folder is over 1mb so copy over that one first if you have it in the new theme or you can rename itn0.pgf to jpn0.pgf but do this by copying the itn0 to the desktop rename it and then copy it accress

2) copy over larger files first

sometime in a theme some files are smaller than the original one so if you see one that is 200kb on the original theme and the same file but 34kb for the custom theme copy that one over

3) delete file and then copy

sometimes on vista you will have the correct space if you copy over the file e.g file is 50kb original is 10kb and there is 40kb space left this wont allow you to copy it. so back up the file and then delete it and then copy the new one across

4)old theme

if you have a custom theme on there at the mo then you will have to revert back to the original one fist as some file that are large in the old custome theme arnt in the new theme so you get a clash of themes and you wont have enough space
