gta freezes at disclamer screen

I posted before about game not booting, i have gotten a bit farther but now the game freezes at the disclamer screen. Anyone else having this problem? using memorex and verbatum discs all other games work fine. I was able to play a couple times but when i rebooted 360 next day i got the same problem?.
