Yes it has not been introduced online yet (for reasons i dont know) if you want to play it you can go on it by going on multiplayer then split screen if you want to see what its like (its called Killhouse)

For me there are a few drawbacks to the new maps...

First they are way too big. Its like playing a regular size map with like 8 people instead of 12. You never see any body. This size map definitely benefits a "run and gun" style player, which I am not.

Second, I am a hardcore team deathmatch player. When playing the new maps there is no way to play just hardcore team deathmatch. They force you to play search and destroy half of the time.

Plus if you decide to play the new maps, you cant play the old ones at the same time. They needed to mix the new ones in with the old. After you play the new maps for about 3 hrs straight... you get board with them. Not sure why they didn't blend them together. I paid $10 for the new maps and have only spent about 6 hrs playing them. Infinity Ward had a real winner with the old style, not sure why they changed it.

I thought that they were supposed to add the new maps with the old ones this week. that is what they said on the message of the day when the new maps came out and it was double xp weekend. I haven't turned on my ps3 yet this week. I usually only play on the weekends when I dont have to go to work

That is pretty lame. I hope they fix that, because like you said, I can get bored if it very quickly.

Well the problem with blending them is that if someone in the room doesn't have the map pack they will have to be booted, and that might leave a 14 player room with 4 people all of a sudden.

It was like that for the 360 for a week or so. Now it's back to normal. So I'd assume that after a bit the new maps will be mixed in with the old ones for the PS3 players, too.
