Hi ppl, ive got a question to ask about grand theft auto 4 ps3 version... this is my question:

when i open up my ps3, i put in gta 4, it loads up, everythin is fine.... after the bit where it shows the animations or whatever.. it then shows a black screen sayin loading-...holland play on the bottom right corner, i know that this is normal but it takes like forever to load and if i do press the ps button and quit the game, the ps3 console will restart... why does it do this?

HELP ME,, IM DIEING WITH NO GTAIV...

the company rockstar and take 2 know about this glitch. I had the exact same problem but I just got done playing 5 hours straight. All you have to do is go into your clear your cookies from the internet browser and sign out of the playstation network. The only drawback is that you cannot play online at all. You can play single player all you want with no problem. 2 of my friends have the game and the same thing happened after they did this all is fine. hopefully there will be a patch soon.

also clear the cache as wee in the internet broswer
