Hi guys quick question, my brother that lives a 1000 miles away got the ring of death, he was 100% legit. so he ordered a return kit, and sent it in. they sent it back still broken with a long list a possible warrenty's he could've broken, bun not on singly pointed out. my brother is 14 and this info is going through my mom. does that sound right? i was gonna have her ship it to me and let me deal with them, cause i'm sure we could get it back fixed, with your help. thnx guyz.

If you are right and it is not modded in any way then there is no reason at all that they should not fix it other then the fact that it is over 3 years old.
