DVD Movie to use for hotswap?

howdy lads
So far via tuts etc i've managed to update xbox 360 :) - what a mission, but confident i can do it 90x faster know.

Know came the reading of the game ie hot swap.

Any recommendations on what dvd movie to buy for hotswap ie big dvd file!

Went to vid shop but they were hesitant on letting me check lol

on another note i went searching for bin files for PAL ridge racer6 found it but there were diff files, dmi, pfi, ss what the heck do i use?
Regions same as Australia, im in New Zealand.

Try 24, any of the seasons. You should buy a Samsung Kreon drive, much easier than your method.

thx i only realised that after i bought the pioneer. couldnt find samsung kreon drives in the shops, sales rep looked at me with a huh? when i said i need a kreon drive. i felt a bit stupid too.

LOL

The drives aren't actually Kreons, they are either Toshiba or Samsungs flashed with kreon f/w.

I think when I tried the hotswap method I used Finding Nemo

King Kong is a good one for hotswapping ,but ya go on ebay and buy your samsung drive,you can buy them preflashed off there.

yeah man, e-bay has them for like $40-60, best money u wil ever spend. When i was a little newbie, was gonna do hotswapping too, but then saw the samsung thing here, only way to go.

cheers lads.

Went to all my wholesale contacts looking for one - most of them looked at me asking why a dvd rom when dvdr's etc are so cheap, after about 7 times explaining in brief why, i gave up and bought one from nz trade site for 100 NZD new. Pre flashed etc so thx for advice. Saved me some time ... alot of time :)

just to finninsh off.

Got the drive from online auctions. installed and tested all good. :) seller worked for a computer repairs shop - supries,suprise.

tested backup of my heavily misused ridgeracer6 worked like a charm.
thx for everyones input.
