1.Download Dvd Decrypter
2.Put a DVD e.g Your Own Family Movie In the Drive (Dont Decrypt Copy Right Material)
3.Select IFO From The Mode Tab
4.If U Want The Output in one big Chunk Of Vob DFile Then Go To >Tools>Settings>IFO Mode>Set File Splitting To None
5.Click and Enable Stream Processing For Subtitles
6.Click on The drive Icon To Start Decrypting
7.Now DownLoad And Install Psp Movie Creator(Realy Important.see Tips Below)
8.Click Open Load The Vob File You got earlier
9.Set The Screen Resolution to 320x240
10.Select the output size and audio bitrate according to Your Memory stick
11.Click Recording Happy Psp Movies
12.Search Youtube For psp Movie Creator You Might Find Something Cheers
