A friend has burned me a copy of an off-air recording from TV and there is a slight time-lag, with the sound being a fraction of a second behind the picture.

Is there a straightforward way of re-authoring the disc to cure the time lag? It's only very slight,
but enough to spoil it - the time lag makes everyone look as though they're miming!!

Most grateful for any advice.....
