I have recently brought a psp off a friend, it has firmware 3.03 kernel on it but i cant run any umd games (Game could not be started 80020148). not sure how to use all this firmware stuff. plase can anyone help me???

im assuming u have a custom firmware 3.03 OE. Then just upgrade to a higher firmware. Here is a guide

If that dosent work, then change ur UMD mode to Np9660in ur recovery mode

If u have the normal Sony Firmware ( No OE next to it). Then just upgrade ur firmware. Go to ur Network Update in ur XMB. Follow what is says.
