Good Day Everyone!!!

Recently i have tried to unlock my 5070. But unfortunately i wasnt able to unlock it after 5 tries. After 5 tries, it displays "Cannot Undo Restriction" and they say that it cant be reseted. SO i tried using cable but still no luck. But after awhile I inserted a new sim card from a different SP. When i turn on the phone it says " Phone Restricted" but at bottom it says "Undo". When I press Undo it prompted me with something like Undo Restriction Code. What is the restriction code? Im from Philippines. My SP is Globe Telecom. My IMEI is: 354830017461569
Please Help.... I need to unlock my phone.
