FlaskMPEG is really, seriously, badly out-dated piece of software, consider using something slightly more modern -- bunch of guides are available in various places, including our article section (http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/).

And btw. you posted in a totally wrong forum -- this is meant for DVD-R -- you know, recordable DVDs, not DivX/VCD/etc. I've moved your message now to correct area.
