When I open the case of my 360, a lot of flipping and handling involved and I always hear the laser len noise hitting something when I flip the 360 over or with minor movement of the 360, does anyone else hear it? I got benq. Will it be damaged? Note that I have no disc inside when I open the case.

What you are most likely hearing is the tilt sensor that lets the 360 know (when turned on) if it's horizontal or vertical.

But it's coming from the DVD drive, is it really a tilt seonsor? Am I fine?

Are you saying that you hear this when you just eject the tray? If so, no clue.
The sound you hear when you move your 360 around is the tilt sensor. But if you are hearing this when you are only hitting eject...that is strange.
