i heard this before, im not sure if its just a rumor but aparantly its rare but the wii will sometimes just pick up the burnt disc and run it. Without any modding. is it possible at all? even if its 0.1 out of 9999999999999999 trillion. ...can it be done...

Unless someone has been tampering with the DVD drive's firmware this is never gonna happen. One of the very first things that happens when a disk is inserted is the wii asks the drive what kind of disk it is. If it's anything other than an offical, stamped DVD then it refuses to read it.
