I have a SH-D162C Samsung drive in my pc. Flashed it with Kreon and It reads all cd/Dvd disk but wont even recognize my xbox 1 or 360 game disks ssay please insert cd or dvd. any help would be grea tI trying to back up my 360 games anything to help this process would be a great thank you!
Xbox Back up creator v2.4 it says not a 1 to 1 copy... the fw is v 1.0 like in my computer it say there is nothing in that drive. and when i used a different vsion of xbbc it sayed media not detected
you need xbox backup creator 2.7 ,, i had the same problems uninstal the old one first and then reinstal version 2.7 and it will recognise your samsung lmk if you need more help
Hey I got version 2.7 samething it says not 1 to 1 copy of the image. and on the write tab it says besure to set your drive/media to book type dvd/rom what is this all about im gettin confussed on all this now lol
1 open up backup creator
2 click options change drive specific to your drive
3 click drive tools then click unlock drive then get region
4 click read and put green dot in complete backup (it will still say this is not a true copy)
5 click start a save image as box will open right click in the white area and make a new folder name it "grand theft" or whatever then double click your new folder ,the save as box will now have grand theft at the top ,and right at the bottom it will say save as type Image Files (*,iso,*000)but you still need to type in file name before pressing save so type in "grand theft" then click save
6 it will start the reading process and get to 4- 5% quite quickly then it will slow down a bit it should take 45 minutes to put the game on your pc.
7 once it has completed close backup creator down .
8 ive down loaded img burn to burn the games and its done every one perfect and its free !!
9 to burn your game with img burn you open the folder where you saved the game and it will have 2 files inside 1 will be a grand theft DVD file 1kb and the other will be an grand theft iso file about 7,651,848kb , you right click on the 1kb file not the 7 gig iso image and you choose the top option which will be burn using img burn.
10 img burn will open and it will already have the game ready to go you just put in a Verbatim DVD+R DL change the speed to 2x and press the write button that is it
11 Booktype will depend on your drive a pioneer 115/215 will autoset itsself but you might have an option with your drive to set it to ROM.
12 you can back up xbox 1 and xbox 360 games to play on a chipped/flashed 360 with this software and method but you cant play the backed up xbox1 games on an xbox 1 chipped console dont know why?
13 only use verbatim discs and dont do anything on your pc while its burning !!
