How do I get my copy of CDs 2 work on my SONY dvd/CD plyr?

Please help me, I have tried many kinds and speeds of software 2 copy my CDs (OLD CDs and New CDs) and still no go. It DOES play the originals. BUT, it only plays CDs and DVDs! It is like 3 years old and its a SONY (Big DEAL!) model DVD S560D. I mean it huas lotsa feature and all, but No Go on copys!. I am using a CD burner, I can't afford a DVD Burner, yet. The CD copies p[lay great on my other CD drive (in computer) and in myu car, but HELP. Thanks anyone who even TRIEs. And a Happy Belated Holiday to ALL! Thanks again Paulie G.

Some cd players are just not equiped to read CD-R's. I might suggest trying different media ... maybe your using shitty media who knows ...check this forum out for more info..

Check to see that you're using the latest firmware for your Sony m8. You "might" have ASPI layer conflicts..
