ronin P80H no RGB output through SCART

I upgraded to the latest firmware (03113216, not the older 11721213), and the options "off", "YUV", and "SCART" under the component tab in video setup page have reappeared again (they disappeared with the first upgrade). Now I set component to "SCART", expecting to get RGB output, but the picture is still composite. how do i get RGB output?
